Q: Is it possible to use the GroovTube with an older generation iPad?
A: The GroovTube is compatible with an iPad starting from generation three (march 2012). All the generations iPad Air and Mini are also compatible. Aren’t you sure if you’re iPad is compatible? Feel free te contact us and we will help you out.
Q: We would like to use the GroovTube for several people. What about the hygiene?
A: The GroovTube is using detachable bacterial filter mouthpieces. In the standard package 8 of them are included. Each user should use it’s own bacterial filter mouthpieces. on the GroovTube. Note that you can only use a bacterial filter mouthpieces up to a month before it needs replacing. Read all about the hygiene protocol in the user manual, which you can download at the bottom of this page.
Q: One of the apps isn’t working anymore. What should I do?
A: In the user manuel is an instruction what to do in case an app is not working anymore.
