Respiratory muscle training with the Threshold and GroovTube

The Threshold IMT is a breathing trainer that is regularly prescribed. The device has been developed for training inspiratory muscles. The combination of Threshold and the Groovtube makes working accessible and fits perfectly with the experiences of children and young people. This makes it easier for them to maintain it and do their exercises more efficiently.

With a minor adjustment, the Threshold can also be used for expiratory training purposes. This wonderful extra option was devised at the UMC Utrecht Wilhelmina children’s hospital.
